Cube 44 has an entrance, a kitchen and a living room, a bedroom with a wardrobe, and a bathroom with a toilet. Its size is 4x4 meters making 16 sq.m. of living area. The outside walls are covered with PVC siding. MDF laminates cover the floors and the tiles in the bathroom. Inside walls are also covered with a special PVC laminate that is very durable and easy to maintain. Clients can preorder different coatings on the walls, the ceiling, and the floor. They are not completed and owners can choose different types of laminates, plaster, gipsonboard, etc. This base version has no finish coats, furniture or appliances. However, wiring instalations, doors, windows, and plumbing are installed. Its price is 49 euro per sq.m. which includes the walls and the ceiling. All furniture, covers, and apliances are optional.
