THE ESTATES BUILDING The Estates Building is a two story apartment building that offers three different layouts: *1 Bedroom Efficiencies *1 Bedroom Suites *2 Bedroom Suites In this video we are showcasing our 2 bedroom apartment. The biggest differences between the one bedroom two bedrooms are that there's one less bedroom, it has an extra section to the bathroom, and the closet is a bit different in size. But the size of the living room, kitchen, patio, and main bedroom remain the same. THE SPARE BEDROOM The second bedroom is smaller than the master but can still easily fit a full or a queen sized bed. Depending on which sized bed you choose, you should still be able to fit a nightstand and/or dresser. There's also a closet in the spare bedroom.
